Cancelling your tour

24 hours or more before the start time: free cancellation. You get a full refund to the card you paid with.
Less than 24 hours before the start time: no refund.
No-show (you do not come to the meeting point or hotel pickup without telling us): no refund.

The 24 hours are counted back from the confirmed start time of your tour, Dubai time (GST, UTC+4).

Changing your date or time

Want a different date or start time instead? Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Changes are free when we have availability and you ask at least 24 hours before your original start time.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel your tour (for example because of extreme weather or an emergency), we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose a new date or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. We send the refund within a few working days of your cancellation; your bank may then take 5 to 10 working days to show it on your statement. The merchant name on refunds is Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 826 9272 with your name, tour date and start time. Your cancellation or change is final once we confirm it in writing.

Bookings made on other platforms

If you booked through another platform, such as Viator, TripAdvisor or Withlocals, that platform's own cancellation and refund policy applies, and refunds are made by that platform.
